Nathaniel Bor
Paralegal
Nathaniel joined the firm in September 2023. He assists with financial regulatory matters and has experience working with hedge funds in the derivatives market. Nathaniel brings with him a diverse range of experience, having held positions in corporate finance in the Telecommunications Infrastructure sector (Africa & Middle East), Aviation revenue and network strategy, and as a commercial paralegal. During this time, he has contributed to large debt raising activity, acquisitions, secondary equity listings, and financial reporting. Nathaniel has also assisted on a range of matters at the Criminal Bar and holds scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn.
Nathaniel has lived and worked in London, Bath, Lisbon, and Cape Town, and is a keen rugby and football fan.
