Trainee Solicitor
Bella joined Chancery in May 2021 and is a trainee solicitor at the firm. Prior to joining Chancery, Bella had experience of derivatives, structured finance, and M&A in a magic circle law firm and an investment bank. Bella works closely with the partners in negotiating various derivatives trading documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, and futures and OTC clearing agreements, acting for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
